  • After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

  • At the back of the backyard is a gate that leads out into National Forest with trails for exploring!

Policies and Rules

  • Pets: No. This is a NO PET home. Any sign of pets being at the home can result in eviction and/or extra post-stay charges.
  • No smoking on the property, at any time. All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances (except within your enclosed motor vehicle), at any Cascara Managed property is prohibited. See our Terms and Conditions for the full Cascara and Sunriver No Smoking policies.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.

  • Please note the home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and we have the utmost respect for our neighbors. Loud or rowdy groups will not be tolerated.

Fees and Payments

  • Booking Channel Guests: Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
